3 Month Intense
In my 3 Month Package we have a session every other week for three months and in between we can communicate through voicemails and messages. I combine conversation, meditation, Emotional Freedom Technique with energy work.

This one is great if you feel like having close support or if you are going through a challenging time where you need someone to hold space weekly.
